| What is your policy for returns and or refunds ? |
 | We can accept returns only on standard unopened items within 10 days of there receipt. This means that the seal or wrapping on the product must be in place, it can not be opened and it must be in good condition. All returns require prior approval and must have an RMA number or approval from our client services. Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your credit. We do not issue cash refunds and issue only credit towards same product or other product of your choice. All products are made fresh and made at the time of your order. Any personalized formulated product is not refundable and is why we insist all information is accurate on your part to finalize your product in the case of a personalized formula.
We also suggest buying a sample size before trying our standard format or customizing of products. Credit is possible as well towards same or other products listed. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you have not used our skin care products before we encourage you to order the sample sizes before purchasing a larger size product. Samples are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. As a small company we can not absorb the cost of those who wish to abuse this policy. Unauthorized returns are discarded and will not be shipped again or replaced.
