| Some of your Natural Cosmetic Skin Care products look different, smell different ... |
 | That is correct, they are different with an intentional purpose. Female consumers for the most part around the world have been conditioned by cosmetic and advertising companies that produce chemical and synthetic products that all skin care creams and lotions are white or have one consistency or another based on what it is named. Men on the other hand have been shown that men’s products need to be stronger dosed ingredients due to men’s skin supposedly being tougher or requiring stronger more in their terms ”a manly scent.”
These cosmetic companies are more interested in how their products look, feel and are packaged than what health benefits they provide for your skin, hair and body.
They claim or may claim natural, but are far from being natural. First-time buyers of our products, if non-exposed (to natural skin care or natural products) may open a bottle or jar and the contents they find are not white. Some may initially be a little apprehensive, maybe even upset, the next action will probably be to smell it and he/she may be even reluctant to use it due to these first time factors.
During the course of these actions she or he has probably not once looked at the ingredients or given much thought to their benefits. The color of our products is indicative of the purity of the ingredients, the amounts in a product and are not diluted or altered in any form. Separation of ingredients in some products is normal and does not indicate unstable, simply shake or stir the product to activate and emulsify before use. Even common cosmetics do this to some point, only you don’t see it because of the masking ingredients used. It's impossible to have certain ingredients in a product in any meaningful concentration and not alter the color or smell. Perhaps that white cream you are using with CO-Enzyme Q10 in it is not delivering what you think.
As an example, take the case of white eggs vs brown eggs. White eggs are not natural, visit a chicken and see for yourself. It’s not because the chicken is white that their eggs are intended to be white as well. Wheat and most whole grain natural breads are not white and the list is endless. If you are fortunate enough to have an organic or natural food restaurant in your area I highly recommend giving it a try. The first time I ate organic food, I could not believe the difference, the taste is incredible. This is a difference that you will eventually appreciate. Most users of natural skin care begin to appreciate the difference if they have used them for a while and then go back to the department/drug store brands.
We’ve had many clients show up with bags of used, unused, unopened cosmetic products asking us what they should do with them? For one, don’t just throw it in the garbage. Treat it as you would any toxic waste. Many cities today have services for this or areas where you can dump unsafe environmental goods. We’re not saying your choice of cosmetics or prior choices are a health hazard, but read the ingredients found in these products and then ask yourself, Does this belong in our world of natural beauties? |
