Proper concentrations must be carefully measured and blended and only by certified aroma-therapists, naturopaths or certified dermo-specialists. You can find essential oils everywhere from the herbal stores to the corner stores and the quality, if it is a concern, must be very carefully verified most are far from being pure or unaltered.
