Shipping & Handling Policy
All purchases are shipped from IntelCosmet Montreal once processed and formulated, to arrive FRESH within 3 - 10 business days from receipt of order excluding formulation processing. Large orders are subject to revision of shipping charges due to extra weight conditions. (International Port of Landing delays are exlusive of this and can cause extra delays depending of country and import requirements). Normal processing for formulation is 24 to 72hrs.

While we attempt to process all orders in a timely manner please note that IntelCosmet products are small batch fresh made on order where formulations and production are never rushed. Nature has taken time to produce the elements used in our production where time and care is used to deliver the best. We reserve the right of shipment time overrides, these overrides are as outlined below.

• Ingredient supply and demand
• International orders
• Special formulations
• Large orders (may require extra processing)
• Special packaging requests
• Specialty products (Gift kits, private label requests, travel kits and seasonal items)
• Acts of God, Human error and Nature

For an additional charge per address, IntelCosmet can expedite delivery to most destinations within Canada in 2 - 3 business days.  Handling charges of $2.75 for destinations within Canada are applied at checkout.   A Handling fee of $3.75 applies for US & International destinations.

Quebec ONLY:  For COD orders, a $5.00 COD fee is applied. COD orders are only available within the provence of Quebec.  For Check orders.  All checks must be certified unless pre-authorized by our client services, all non-certified or un-athorized checks will be returned upon reception.  Orders are not shipped until reception and clearance of funds by our client services.  NO POSTDATED checks will be accepted. Money Orders, bank drafts, Email-Direct transfers(in Canada, we highly recommend CertaPay INTERAC Email-Transfer services).  A $30.00 processing fee will be applied to returned checks on first NSF, if other checks are returned due to  NSF, then a $50.00 process fee will be applied with further acceptance of checks refused.  IMPORTANT: All methods - No orders will be formulated or shipped until clearnace of funds have been recieved.

Montreal & Surrounding area, rest of Canada Standard Shipping will deliver parcel within 2 - 5 business days from receipt of order for orders under $600.00.  For orders above $600.00 you will be advised if further shipping costs are to be applied at time of checkout. Orders are CanPost Express Ship.

US & Mexico Shipping Options(Excluding Quebec) Standard Shipping will deliver parcel within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of order.  Express Shipping is also available for an additional charge, IntelCosmet will provide express shipping to most USA destinations including that of Mexico.  Orders received by 3PM EST, Monday through Thursday will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.  Orders received on Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Wednesday of the following week.  Any and all import duties if required by any country outside of Canada are the responsiblility of the purchasing client.

note: Orders above $600.00 will be advised of possible extra shipping charges due to volume of shipment if required.

International Orders If you are a resident of Canada and wish to ship your order outside of Canada, please contact our customer service department by phone at 1-514-448-2618 or via Email for information on rates and delivery schedules.  If you are an International Client, we ship to most parts of the world where Canada Post or other delivers.  WE DO NOT ship to PO boxes or unverified addresses and is the sole responsibility of the client to insure proper shipping info. All duties and other import taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchasing client. International shipping is available at an extra surcharge which is calculated at time of final purchase.  Due to certain conditons, these charges can be revised prior to shippment and may be required of further surcharges.

Large or Bulk Wholesale Orders At the present time, IntelCosmet reserves the right to modify the above rates to cover any additional charges that my be required in the case of multiple orders or any order that subsides standard rate coverage for shipping & handling costs.

Out of Stock Items At the present time, an order cannot be placed for a product that is marked temporarily out of stock, as IntelCosmet does not handle back orders nor is our product stocked.  All product is made FRESH at time of order for both individual and wholesale.  IntelCosmet apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause.

Return and Exchange Policy We can accept returns only on unopened items within 10 days of their receipt.  This means that the seal or wrapping on the product must be in place, it can not be opened and it must be in good condition.  All returns require prior approval and must have an RMA number.  Upon reception of an approved return, we will promptly process your credit.  Please keep in mind shipping and handling fees are not refundable for credit. If you have not used our skin care products before, we encourage you to order the sample sizes before purchasing a larger size product.  Samples are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.  Unauthorized returns are discarded and will not be shipped again or replaced.  Please call or email us if you have a return request that meet our guidelines.

In the event that you are not satisfied with an IntelCosmet custom formulated product purchase, IntelCosmet will offer an exchange on the product only within 10 days of receipt.  All returns must have an RMA number as well prior to acceptance.  IntelCosmet apologizes that no cash refunds will be offered on returned products.  After 10 days, no refunds are in effect. (Custom formulated products are soley based on the information provided to us by the purchaser.  Provided with this vital information and verified, our products will rarely ever be of concern to require return)

Return of product by mail Please contact the customer service department to get a "return authorization number".  Send the item(s) with a copy of the receipt and the following information:
Name, Address and Phone number
Order number and "exchange authorization number"

Forms of Payment We accept most forms of payments where depending on your region(Country of Origin) certain options may have restrictions or not available at time of checkout.
